Courtney Labat DaValle
Owner/Director
Courtney Labat DaValle is a captivating performer, instructor, choreographer, and artist. This Louisiana native began her dance career at the age of three and has trained extensively in ballet, contemporary, lyrical, tap, and jazz. During her competition years, she took top honors both regionally and nationally for her jazz and lyrical performances. Her passion for dance along with her love of football lead her to become a member of the Louisiana State University Golden Girls. During her time with the Golden Girls, she was chosen to travel internationally to Hong Kong to perform in the prestigious Chinese New Year’s Parade. After receiving her Bachelors of Biology from Louisiana State University, Courtney became an NFL cheerleader, dancing and cheering for her favorite team the New Orleans Saints. Courtney was also an instructor and choreographer for both competitive and performance based studios. With her training, her students have received top awards at numerous competitions (KAR, Rainbow, Starpower, Tremaine, Starbound. etc.) and many have been selected for New Orleans Center for Creative Arts, American Ballet Theatre, Baton Rouge Ballet Theatre, and the Relativity School just to name a few. Professionally, Courtney has performed with Beyoncé, Destiny’s Child, the Jonas Brothers, Snoop Dog, Neil Patrick Harris, & Dave Bickler. She has also worked with various choreographers and companies such as Fatima Robinson, Adrian Wiltshire, Disney, Lego, the NFL, DirecTV, Entertainment Tonight, and Chevron. In addition, Courtney is also a former judge for Showstopper National Dance Competition! Ms. Courtney takes the greatest pride in helping her students achieve their highest potential and is extrememly excited to welcome all dancers joining the Alta Loma Dance Academy family!

Paige Modereger
Instructor/Choreographer
Paige Modereger started her dance career in Rancho Cucamonga at a young age. There, she trained in jazz, contemporary, hip-hop,
ballet, and tap. She is currently on a hip-hop team based out of
North Hollywood called Soul Fresh, which tours the world to perform
at World of Dance. She has worked with artists such as Parris Goebel and Jamieboy, and has taught in numerous countries in Europe. She loves performing, choreographing, and teaching all levels and ages.

Carly McLaurin
Instructor/Choreographer
Meet Carly; A Southern California native with a long performance
career. After 10 years of competitive cheerleading she found a
passion for singing and dance. Carly attended California State
University, Fullerton and graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts
degree in Musical Theatre. Carly has taught gymnastics and dance
for 4 years and had Directed and Choreographed musicals in after
school programs for varying school districts. We are excited to have
Miss Carly with us this season and can’t wait for her to create magic with our dancers!

Jazlyn Anderson
Instructor/Choreographer
Jazlyn Anderson AKA Miss Jaz began dancing at the age of three. She grew up, constantly dancing and trained in a variety of styles such as Jazz, Hip-Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Tap, and Drill team. Her passion for dance led her to continue her training after high school at Mount San Antonio College. There she works with award winning faculty, gaining exceptional training on various forms of dance and has participated in the Mt.Sac dance department’s many dance concerts as well as had the opportunity to be a part of their dance team. Her goal as an instructor is not only to aid each student in their progression
as a dancer, but also to help them grow more confident and find their
own love for dance just like she did when she was young.

Haylei Libran
Instructor/Choreographer
Haylei graduated from the Virginian women's college, Sweet Briar, in 2020. There she received her Bachelor's of Fine Arts in dance and theatre. Through Sweet Briar, Haylei was given the opportunity to perform one of her choreographed works in Australia!! From a young age, Haylei has studied jazz, ballet, hiphop, and modern/contemporary
technique. When she can, Haylei also participates in Scottish Highland dance competitions!

Courtney Winder
Instructor/Choreographer
Mr. C has been teaching and performing for over 10 yrs.
Starting in college he trained in Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Hip
Hop and from there, moved on to dance and instruct in
various studios all around the Santa Barbara area. He then
moved out to L.A. to pursue more dance opportunities and
also take advantage of working and training with dancers on
the professional level. Mr. C is currently working as a high
school dance teacher and choreograph/trains L..A. based
dance companies.
